  1. Subhana Allah! I never knew that the companions played pranks on the prophet sallaha Allahu alaihi wassalam. The way prophet Muhammed sallah Allahu Alahi wassalam responded to Numan radia Allahu anhu's pranks makes your love for our beloved messenger increase! Thank you amani for sharing. Jazakallahu Khair

  2. I admit. Nueyman was a funny guy with a list of hilarious pranks. However, he is still capable of controlling his actions and knowing the limitations of his own pranks.

    1. Even i never knew that the prophet and his companions usually had fun and laughed together at times. The point of the story is that it is good to have fun, but it must not be exceeded past its limit. Nueyman knew how to control it and not to abuse it.

  3. wow, this video shows that companions were not series and strict all the time and for example Nueyman radia allah anhu he played alot of funny pranks almost on every body no matter of his condition or place he played prank on the rasool sala allah alihy wa salam but his point of these pranks on the rasool were not to hurt him in each prank Nueyman wanted the best for the rasool he wanted him to be the first one to taste that wonderful fruit but he couldn't afford it so he did it his way and that for the rest of the pranks too and in each time in shows how good hearted and spontaneous he was and that is how most of us should be. and this video also shoes how capable the prophet and the companions were to take in his pranks and laugh at them as well. Subhana allah وَلَوۡ كُنتَ فَظًّا غَلِيظَ ٱلۡقَلۡبِ لَٱنفَضُّواْ مِنۡ حَوۡلِكَ‌ۖ

  4. I thought this was a pretty amazing video because it shows a side of the Companions that we don’t hear much about. It’s nice to know that they weren't always serious and had fun every now and then when the time was appropriate. It was also interesting to learn about how the Prophet would react to the pranks. For example, the first prank where the Prophet had to end up paying for the fruits, shows how patient the Prophet PBUH was, and how he appreciated Nueyman's humor.

  6. This video taught us a good lesson. It taught us that the Prophet (SAAW)and the companions werent always straight-forward and can joke sometimes. Nouman was a hilarious man and had a good sense of humor. How could he come up with an idea to take his partner as a temporary slave just for food (risky but funny)? The best part of this was that all of the companions expected Noumans pranks and all laughed with him and so did the Prophet (SAAW. It was amazing how the Prophet and the Sahabah have fun but are yet so religious and take track of their day and their salah. Ive heard this saying so many times,"Theres always a time for something". The Prophet an d Sahabah actually followed this saying. They laughed, joked, ate, had fun, but never forgot their salah.

  7. I absolutely loved this video! The Prophet and the companions were portrayed in a less-serious and more lighthearted manner, and it showed us that there is a time of seriousness and a time to joke around. The incidents such as misguiding the blind man and selling Suweybit off as a slave were a bit extreme and risky, but the video shows that the Prophet and others still found them funny. It is important to stay focused on your deen and to be faithful and steadfast, but it is also important to balance it out with a time for fun.

  8. I really thought this video was good for us. Because were always told how serious the prophet and his companions were and this made me think there is no room for having fun in Islam. But now I realize I was wrong and that we can do both with just limitations. This guy is hilarious.

  9. This video showed how the companions of the prophet enjoyed their time, while balancing it with reality. One man in particular, Nuyeman, was inclined toward playing pranks with the sahabi. The prophet enjoyed the pranks he pulled, and "payed" for them. The important thing is that the sahabi knew their limits. Even when they joked, they wouldn't lie. They also knew when to face reality. For example, after the fitna of Ali occured, Nuyeman stopped laughing. He used to pull so many pranks, but stopped when reality hit. This shows Islam is not only about being serious all the time; we should enjoy out time as well but know how to balance it .
